Emotional regulation, and self-awareness & self-esteem groups
Who for?
Teenagers (Years 9-11) and adults (18+) who live in Southampton. The sessions will run as follows:
Places are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis so please apply using the link below ASAP if you are interested. Residents of Southampton will be prioritised for these groups. If space allows you may be able to join 2 groups. If you live in Hampshire you can still apply and be placed on a waiting list in case any spaces remain.

Where will the groups take place?

Who will run the groups?
Tors Walsh is a speech and language therapist who works in our day service and schools. Her favourite part of her job is working with students and day service members. She loves live music and theatre.
Mike Terracciano is the lead for social communication in our day service team. His favourite part of his job is supporting such a diverse range of unique individuals. He loves reading and supporting his football team SSC Napoli.
Why should I join?
The aim of the groups is to set individual goals and increase knowledge so people can feel good about themselves, self-advocate and navigate social situations more easily.
